Nowadays, bipartite networks are being extremely used to model different networks. In this research, we focus on patients suffering peripheral nervous system disorders. We try to represent the relation between patients and their symptoms as a bipartite network. Such bipartite networks, exhibit inbalance in terms of the size of their two disjoint set of nodes and the main objective of this research is to propose new algorithms for community detection in such networks. To this aim, required data sets will be collected by cooperation of spinal speciality clinics.
